The main reason for me, and many other people not using windows is microsoft. It's an evil, corrupt monopoly. I just plain don't like windows anyway though.

Microsoft Crash, (Linux Crash also, both same, no one better), even plane can crash, where everybody dies in a horrible pain, so do the systems.

i made it because i hate windows, and wanted to see how many others did. also i like to keep up with the latest ways windows sucks (deleting system restore points, for example). seems like lots of people agree with me.

i did NOT mean to start lots of trolling and insults, that just came along with it, i suppose. i use ubuntu, but i didn't say it's the best "magic" distro. i'd like to try other distros, but installing ubuntu is the easiest by far. and it works pretty well, and is WAAAY better than windows, so i'm fine with it.

anyway, as i said, i didn't start this to troll, just to share my ideas and opinions with like-minded people.

Google is the biggest contributer to open source software. why would Microsoft spend all this money on ads for bing because there trying to divert googles traffic there main source of income and in return gnu/linux open source softwares biggest source of income do you see the real agenda here it has little to do with Google or bing there trying to take out free open source software I think this means WAR!!!!!!!

Hi together,

I am not using Bing and I never will!! I use google or ask.com.

But yahoo-search or others are longly not of the quality of Google. Even Cuil is not as good as Google.

I personally preferr Google at hte moment.

So Bing won't take me out!!!!

You know what I love about Windows, how when your computer is slow and you have an important document that you're working on, the computer shuts down. Thats right! No need to save those documents or waiting for the power button to load, it's done in just a fraction of a second! The best part is that all the work you were doing is gone! No need to look for it, it's in oblivion! So now remember, when your computer is acting slow and you need to finish that report by 1:00, go for Windows for a fast end to all your troubles.
